■2 Awareness・Enlightening
(1)Event official website,Information transmission via SNS(Announcement regarding prevention for Participants, Kyoto Marathon’s implement against Infections related to the Novel Coronavirus).
(2)Providing leaflets for confirmation of health condition and Enlightening at Runner Check-In(Japanese/English/Traditional Chinese/Simplified Chinese). Announcement for prevention or Posting posters(Japanese/English/Traditional Chinese/Simplified Chinese) regarding requirement of declaration in case of illness at each venue(Miyako-Messe, Starting point, Finishing point).
(3)We post the above enlightenment poster at the entrance of Miyako-Messe and guide those who are not feeling well to declare it.
(4)To Residents in China, We request to refrain from participating by e-mail individually, according to Immigration bans, transportations conditions, and infection status, and announce to prepare the participating rights to the next event (no entry fee required) for those who are not participating.
*For just runners who registered their country of residence in China at the time of entry.

■3 Infection prevention measures
(1)Providing masks to visitors at Miyako-messe(Runner check-in/Okoshiyasu square), Deployment Hand sanitizer at each entrance and restroom.
(2)Providing masks to volunteer staffs, and Deployment Hand sanitizer at each venue.
(3)Patrol disinfection on handrails and buttons at each venue.
(4)Refraining from high-touch at High-touch zone(2 point on the course, nearby Arashiyama-Elementary school/Kamo river bank Kita-oji minami)(Cheering at High-touch zoNovelill be done)
■4 Emergency measures
(1)Two or one day prior of the event, the staffs of the Motoichi Medical Sanitation Center will be stand by at the Miyako-Messe Rescue Room. According to medical consultation if necessary, and We will connect to the specialized medical institution in case of Suspected symptoms.
(2)On the event day, We will connect to the specialized medical institution in case of Suspected symptoms . On the event day, if any symptoms are suspected at each rescue station (operational cooperation: Medical associations such as the Kyoto Prefectural Medical Association), We will contact the Medical Sanitation Center and connect to a specialized medical institution immediately.
